WVCKWRLD STORE — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Wvckwrld, every piece is made and packed with care. Because our products are released in limited quantities, we operate a limited return and exchange policy.

1. Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your order is significantly different from what was shown on the store.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging/tags intact.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective on arrival; or

  • Incorrectly sent by Wvckwrld.

Because our drops are limited, an exchange is subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equivalent value or another appropriate solution.

3. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you:

  • Changed your mind.

  • Ordered the wrong size.

  • Don’t like the item after receiving it.

  • Found something else you prefer.

Please carefully check product descriptions, sizing information and product photos before placing your order.

4. Sale & Limited-Drop Items

Items purchased during special drops, sales or promotional releases may be final sale, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. How to Request a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos showing the problem

Our team will review the request and let you know the next steps.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping/delivery fees are generally non-refundable, except where the issue was caused by Wvckwrld.

7. Important

Wvckwrld reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above or appear to have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer.
